Jays get new Strength/Conditioning coach

Looks like the Jays got a new strength and conditioning coach in the form of Andy Woodley from Iowa City according to KMEG in Iowa City. It is funny that nothing is mentioned in the Omaha World Herald yet.

Woodley led Iowa City High to the 4A boys basketball championship this year.

This season Woodley’s team this year posted a 25-1 record and set school records for victories, consecutive victories, at 18, and conference victories, with 15.

Woodley’s record in his two years with the Little Hawks was 40-8 overall.

Before that he did some coaching at a Texas high school for a short time.

Woodley has ties to the Missouri Valley Conference as he was a former player at Northern Iowa.
